I am still very unhappy with th inability to download some songs. I swear, it only happens on certain songs which is just soooo irritating. I'll try and download from multiple users but still, after downloading commences, I get bumped and a ....waiting for busy follows. This has been happening all to often. Any suggestions? If not, how about a refund! This sucks.

You can only download what people have made available for upload. If the person you are trying to download from has little bandwidth, or is a very popular location then you may well have considerable difficulty in downloading a file from them.

I'm not sure how well it works - but there is a 'freeloader' feature in LimeWire. If you are not sharing any files - then some clients may refuse to serve files to you.
