![]() I run the latest Limewire on my mac running OS 9.2.2, and I seem to have a problem. First off, whenever I search for [edit] and other video files, it normally puts me to a requery sent countdown. Is this because of my firewall? Its a LinkSys router that I configured so the computer is a DMZ host (exposed to internet.) How do I get past this nuisace? Also, whenever I don't get that countdown, I normally get a AVI file that won't open in Quicktime. Yes, i do have the DivX codec. It also wont open in WMP. Any suggestions? Frankly, I am [really quite pleased] that Mac users are subjected to only one p2p system, which is unstable, a system hog, and ran in JAVA! Why can't we have KaZaA or Morpheus? Are there any plans for a Mac version of these? Last edited by ajutagir; August 22nd, 2002 at 07:03 AM. |
