Can't share files

Just installed LW 2.6.3 Pro:

Even though I've got my files in the standard "Shared" folder, the only folder that the Library is showing is the "Incomplete" folder.

When I go to Tools > Options > Sharing and try to add the "Shared" folder, it won't even recognize any of the files I have in it (even though it says it looks for ALL files). It's like the folder isn't even there.

I tried sharing another folder with files in it, but it won't recognize any files in any folders. It only displays the folders. What the hell?

I don't want to get branded a free-loader -- especially since I paid for the Pro upgrade.
