I purchased the Pro after having used my son's free version on another PC on our 2 PC home network. I have checked all FAQ's, as many posts as I could and still cannot find an answer. There are never any uploads shown. (Yes, have the router firewall open and correct folders marked).

I have yet to have a successful download. Generally it says it is downloading, but at 0 kbs or thereabouts. Use Win2k, and have checked out all the possible problems/solutions that I could find. My son's free version works fine. I had previously downloaded a free program called WinMX which alsoworks fine, well not exactly fine, but at least works! The pdf download manual file is damaged, so says Adobe, so cannot read that, though have used the one on-line.

Cable modem, fast harddrive and over 500 RAM, so that is not the problem. Plus the free version works.

Anyone with any other possible solutions? Or am I just out the $10 and go back to WinMX?
