upgrade problem I already had LimeWire Pro and when starting today it asked if I wanted to upgrade to LimeWire 2.6. After thinking I was doneI now have only my old lime wire 2.1.1 If I try it again im afraid i will have to pay the $$ again. I have windows and when i download no new icon comes up I have saved the limewirewin.exe and have retried |

When you subscribe to the Pro version of LimeWire you are given your own URL which is valid for six months. You can download LimeWire Pro, Betas and new versions from this URL as many times as you like for that six months. I haven't used the autoupgrade feature myself - so I don't know how it works. If you have downloaded a new LimeWireWin.exe then you may need to double click on the file and follow the instructions. You should close down LimeWire before doing this. Mark |
