![]() I've tried a million times to try to download movies off the net and I can't possibly seem to do it. I have a mac osX with a quicktime 6 player and windows media player. Essentially I would like to download to either of this media and try to burn it off of idvd. Can you give me some tips on if there is any way possible to do this? My quicktime keeps saying that it needs another component to be able to play movies that I've tried to download off limewire. I don't know if you know anything about this, but if you do I would appreciate your help. |

![]() Are you downloading movies that have the .avi extention? If so you can convert them to play with Quicktime. Go to http://www.divx.com/software You should find what you need to convert .avi .mpg etc... to a Quicktime compatable format. Some movies posted as DivX will play in Quicktime but no audio is available. There's a program called DivX validator that will correct this. Look for it on the DivX site. In many cases that is all that is needed. Good luck. |
