corrupt Every time I download a movie (AVI file) When it is done downloading I get a message saying LimeWire found the file to be corrupt. Why is this happening and how can i fix it?? Plus what is the best way to view an .AVI File?? |

Yeah, Limewire is wierd that way. Every once in while, at the moment of completion, Limewire says the file is corrupted. But, the file launches and runs (mostly) without a problem! Then again, if it reports a problem before completion, it's usually right. Windows Media Player does .AVI files. Get into settings (preferences? options?) and be sure the .AVI file type is enabled. If you don't have the latest version of WMP, go to the downloads site at Microsoft. Happy Liming! KenJ |
