"Transfer Inturrupted" While Uploading

I just got a complaint from a guy who is trying to download my files. The transfer keeps being inturrupted, which is extremely annoying, as I had it happen to me. This happens quite frequently when I am uploading, and I want to know how to make it happen less often. I am using a cable modem on Mac OS 9 with LimeWire 2.7.3
