Even though the files show that they are downloading, they do not appear in folder?
 

Many times when I am downloading audio files, they appear to be downloading under my current downloads

yet they do not appear in my incomplete folder, and when they are finished I get a corrupted fille message and the file doesn't exist in my shared folder.

(also, even though It looks like it is downloading, I cannot preview the song)

I f anyone has had the same problem or knows what is going on I would really appreciate some help.

Limewire screwing with us?
 

Is this Limewire trying to get us to upgrade? I have no problem with them trying to get me to upgrade but this is not a very smart way to do it - maybe you could limit my upload for old or unregistered versions? But if you purposely cripple your own software - how do I know if your software is just badly written or if you've crippled it? How does an end user know? I don't. I just think there's omething wrong with Limewire and it's time to move onto another program - hasta Limewire. good try but you broke it. Very smart!

it's pretty easy to know if there's a bug or if the software's crippled. why? because the software isn't crippled.
