I am new at this. After I download a song and it is "complete", how do I move it to my folder? It shows in my download listing, I now want to move it to library? I know this is simple ?

On the top menu bar select - "tools, options, saving" and specify where you want Limewire to put completed files. Then you should select - "tools, options, sharing" and add the directory where you are saving your files to your shared directory list so you will also be sharing the files you download.
