-why when my files are almost finished downloading.. it goes back
to 0% and starts over??? (mpg's)

-why when i have an almost completed file in my incomplete folder... rarely
will it complete???

-why can i download files completely and it not play out???

-why am i still using this program?!!(oh it's the only one for macs)
