![]() K, i set up my port forwarding, did everything with my Windows firewall and everything else everyone suggested. I'm still lucky to get 2KB/s on downloads and about the same upload rate. I'm working off a T1 at school and usually can get about 350-400 KB/s (I'm no noob, I know the dif. between bits/bites). My sh*t is fast. I'm at school and the guy next door to me gets 60-70 KB/s downstream through his gnutella p2p program. I get excited when i break 5. Someone please help me out, I'm using Limewire 4.2.6 on XP Pro SP2 (It came pre-installed, f'n Dell). Couldn't find anything describing putting my ip address in LW, I'm far from an expert on that topic and I didnt know if changing my LAN settings would do the trick. Someone hook me up, I've been waiting a good 3 weeks to see Boondock Saints. Thanks, C |
