 You may want to do a speed test 100.0Mbps is allot are you sure it isn't more along the line of 100kbps or 100KB/s. You can do a speed test at the link below. Then check with your ISP and see if they are shaping if you have already deleted the preference file. http://www.dslreports.com/stest/
