Force ip was an old setting. It was been replaced with the Firewall section in the Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Firewall section of your LW settings. You would normally use that section if you are port forwarding your modem/router. And reciprocate the port forwarded in the LW settings. i just went back to 4.18.8, i see the options now, but my download speeds used to be like 30kb/s or higher before i got limewire pro, now they're like 5-10kb/s and i have turbo charged connection, waz da deal ? help me out please |

I am not sure if this is the right thread for this sort of question, but here I go. I am currently downloading a "torrent-file". I found it on a web page, downloaded some file which i oppened, and it began to download using LimeWire. Unforutenately, it has stopped on 99% completion. And even though it finds 3 to 8 host, it still dont want to complete. The only wrong things I see, are the fact that there are no "speed" and "time" during the download. So what is wrong? What may I do? Thanks in advance, folks! |
