do corrupt files automatically delete? or do they store themselves in your incomplete folder?

Neither, well... actually it depends... on if the download completed successfully.

If download completed, the file (even if flawed) will be stored in your designated shared/saved folder.

If download failed, the incomplete file will reside in your incomplete folder.

Regardless, the file will not automatically be deleted.
