![]() Hi there, When clicking the download button for <somefile> I get the message "you are already downloading <somefile>". But I am not! This happens for files that I have begun to download once but had to kill the download. So once killed I cannot restart a new download on the same file. very frstrtng This is on a Mac G4/733 with MacOS 9.2.2. I tried to reinstall (upgrading from 2.3.x to 2.7.9 in the process) 1) use uninstaller from 2.3.x 2) had to remove 3 folders in Preferences - .limewire - Shared - Incomplete at this point I thought I had removed all traces of past downloads, killed or not. 3) install 2.7.9 However, the problem persists: downloads killed before the reinstall still produce the "already downloading" error. Now how can this be? is there a way to force starting the download despite this message? aTdHvAaNnKcSe -skronsj |
