 Problem with sharing files I have two computers on the same network. One is set up to share files. The other is trying to search and download files on the first server. Most of the time I never see any files on the host computer through searches. When I do, and initiate a download I see the library tab show the file being downloaded for a split second, then it disappears, then a second or so later it appears, then it disappears. This happens over and over again until the file is downloaded. The client which is downloading this just shows a very slow download stream. Being on a LAN, this download should happen almost instantaniously. Last edited by diode; January 19th, 2003 at 08:59 PM.  |
