1607: Unable to Install SheildScripting Runtime((( ANYONE HAVE THIS PROBLEM )))

No matter what version i download this alway's stops me from installing limewire... I had limewire on this computer a week ago, but then it crashed and i had to do a system restore! Could it be something to do with the previouse version of LIMEWIRE or the JAVA RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT? Has anyone ever heard of this error before
