I'm running LimeWire 1.3 under linux RedHat 7.0. The search engine works, but when downloading I get a "Waiting n seconds for 1 reply" message, then it aborts.


I installed Limewire on another linux box (Mandrake 7.2) of my LAN, and it works perfectly well ...

There's a NAT (or a clone) box somewhere
but it doesn't seem to affect other users here.

So, what's wrong with my Linux box ?

I have the same problem. RH7.0 with 2.4 kernel and everything works except downloading files. I keep getting the "Waiting 22s for 1 busy" error and eventually a "Couldn't download"

People are able to download from me but i can't download of others. My comp is connected to a linux box that is using IP masquerading to share a cable modem with several windows/linux boxes.
I guess i have to config a new rule for ipchains to allow Limewire 1.2 to work but don't know what. Can anyone help?
