Acquisition is a fine program, but it's Limewire under the hood. I use and support both, because the Acq is dependent on Limewire, and I bet Limewire will look closely at Acq's interface. I honestly can't say one loads files up or down better than the other in the long run, but can say Acq is much better on the eyes and mouse. Never got around to Neo, but Drumbeat was quite the experience.
