 Ultrapeer ruining my day!! [ All my bandwidth (and it ain't much on dial up) is being commandeered by Ultrapeer (uploads)....even though I set uploads to 0 (sorry ....no bandwidth). What is Ultraper and why do they get to hog my time?  |
