Question v2.8.5 to v2.9.8 .bin file won't open

This issue isn't dealt with in the FAQ. Anybody any ideas?

I'm suggested to upgrade by LimeWire itself when I open the programme, but the new version won't open up. My iMac says it can't recognize the software that made the .bin file.

Default

you might have to set the permissions of the .bin file to executable.
