Phone tones in middle of downloaded songs!! Argh!

Does anybody know why there are "phone tones"
in the middle of all the songs I download lately???

It's like the 3 beep tones you get when you dial a wrong or
disconnected phone number!

Can they be removed after download?

My guess is thats its probably either an RIAA or MPAA file. They like to fill the networks with bad files, so people will have to go out and buy the songs.
