Hey I'm a new user and my 56k isn't the fastest thing around ,but,why is it that I only seem to get through 50% at the most of the 18M download cooledit pro {which I really want badly}before the goddamned thing craps out on me?I've tried so many times I'm about to freak. Is this a cable/modem ,or firewall ,or compatibility problem or what? My Dell laptop kicks *** but I feel like smashing it when this **** keeps happening! Any info would be greatly appreciated.
