im ticked off ..saw easymusicdownload.com website yesterday
it had a search engine and it had every obscure artist i like
but no other info..just said join so i did for $21.95 .once i was a member i see that it said to download winmx and limewire..
i have had winmx for free for 6 months..i wasnt familiar with limewire till i went and saw that they offer a free basic version.
so i write easymusic saying i want money back and they finally email me that i need to read the terms of agreement i agreed to.
(now those things run for pages i never read but i did agree)
and it says no refund unless cant connect
well since i cant get money back i tried all last night and today
see song i like click download and get'"DOWNLOAD INTERRUPTED.SEARCHING"no matter what i choose. i picked sinatra there were over 500 files ..i picked several different ones..all the same.
i have dial up modem, dell ,winxp home..i like winmx but takes to long quequed..
i looked under network connections..re firewall but i dont see anything under advanced tab that says enable or disable..
help appreciated if not to complex.. i'm female and elderly

hmm.. there was somebody with a similar problem a while ago. I don't think limewire has anything to do with easymusicdownload.com.

Were you doing your music searches in limewire or in the easymusicdownload.com site? If you did the former, then the files don't come from easymusicdownload but from other limewire users who happen to share the file you are looking for. In that case, I wonder what the 20something euros are for. You don't meed to pay anybody to download files from limewire (the idea is that you share some files of your own in return).

In any case, downloading (unlimited?) music for 21.95 euros a year seem VERY fishy.

actually easymusic takes me to the limewire they had me download.. i agree about fishy..i will call credit card company
on monday and see if i can have them dispute payment in spite of my "agreeing" to the terms before hand..
oh and not even euro's ...DOLLARS
