After downloading a song how do I upload it and can it be burned to cd?

Yes, you can burn it to a CD using any burner software.

I am not sure what you mean by "how do I upload". If you are wanting to share the file make sure it is in your shared directory. If someone wands it they will download (upload from your perspective) it.
