tools?

I tried to follow the suggested steps, but when I go to tools in LW, the only option I get is statistics, not options or saving, etc.?

My original problem is that I have a number of files which show progress to be 100%, but then it says "Could not move to library". It won't give me any options to move myself either.???

Look in a different file menu for the "preferences".
