multiple downloads when I select mmore than one file for donwload the files currupt each pther so that only the last file I select will donwload successfully. Why? Bug? Any solutions? |
are you sure that's really what's happening? sounds peculiar to me. can you be more precise in your description of the problem? thanks |
worked it out! in preferences I had 'Days to keep Incomplete Files' set to zero - this is the default. If I change this to say 5 then it all works! Not really a bug but also not a useful default! Thanks |
The default value should be 7, not 0. I just double-checked in the code, because if it was 0, that would be a problem. However, we have heard a few people mentioning this problem -- something might be corrupting the settings. Thanks for taking the time to find out what was causing the problem. We'll probably add a safeguard so that '1' is the smallest number, or some other option to ensure that multiple downloads can continue even if the purge time is set to 0. Thanks! |
solved yes tiny config. problem causes whole tool to be pretty poor - but very easy solution...good news. finding limewire very useful now! |
glad this worked out yeah, zero days is a bit short ;) |
