hi, i am having a problem with my download+upload speeds i can only get 0KB/s, 1KB/s at the most it was ok yesterday.
has anyone got any ideas?

I'm just going to make one comment. Tiscali are known to filter p2p in some of their areas of use. They are a large company. ie: they deliberately cut the speeds down using special softw to detect p2p programs. ISP's known to BLOCK or Filter p2p or specifically Limewire (click on link) This might not apply to your area!
