how does one resume downloads these days?
 

If a file is no longer in teh downlaod window (foe example after limewire quits) how do I get it to start again from teh incomplete folder?

Unfortunately, LW 1.4b cannot resume a download after it has been restarted. A new feature with LW 1.5 is that is can resume a download anytime later when you try to download the same file again. But, you'll have to wait until 1.5 is officially released. If you want a copy of 1.5 that was posted for only a few hours a few days, ask around. Several people have it. ;-)
