I'm new to Limewire but have tried to download a specific program several times. Each time the exe file has been missing. Either I'm doing something wrong, Stuffit is blind, or I'm beginning to think the app has some sort of anti-sharing embedded that's going to make success impossible. This would be a total drag. Is this common? Suggestions?

exe's are for Windows; Stuffit is usually for Macs, so I'm confused. What OS are you using?

my version of stuffit is for windows, my os is win98. supposedly the app version that i'm downloading is for pc, but now i'm wondering about other incompatibilities. since the last time i tried a couple of .dmg options have come onto the list, so i'll try those next. thanks for the thought food :-)

does anyone else have any suggestions? .dmg isn't an option, so I'm back to the original issue of the missing .exe file in the .sit downloads.
