Grouping Search results I hate the way Limewire 3.6.15 automatically sorts the results by #...this is very annoying...how can I change it to the old way...in the order in which the file was found??? |
I suppose we could add an option to Preferences to turn this off. In the meantime, you click on a different column (such as name) just after the search is performed, and that will tell LimeWire that you don't want to automatically sort by #. Thanks. |
I wish you would fix it so the sort could be turned off. No matter what column you sort by the results are scrolling as the search progresses. About the time you are trying to read a return it shifts away because of the sort relocating the file. Norm |
We've added code that will retain the selection (and keep it visible) regardless of new results coming in or the sort changing. It will be a part of the 3.7 series. |
sberlin, That sounds good. I think it will be a great improvement. Norm |
