I notice that there are many of my files which are wanted, but I do not see any of it of transferred.
The meter always indicates 0/0

firewall/router block maybe? If you have the stats (advanced) checked, you can see if you are able to accept 'Incoming' connection attempts, or scroll through the Bug Report section of the preferences for "Received incoming this session: true"
