Help needed.PLEASE!!!
 
When ever I tried to download it says "cannot move to libary".Can anybody help me.

Well, I doubt I can help, but FWIW, too many incomplete downloads can be a problem, or the save folder is write protected. Maybe checking the permissions on the save folder or cleaning out the incomplete folder will work?
