I am a new LimeWire user and I wanted to know if there was any way to take the music tracks you have downloaded and put them onto your desktop. This is because I have Roxio Easy CD Creator and the only way to burn CD's is to put the music files on your desktop. Any help would be great. Thanx.

With Roxio you do not have to have the files on your desktop to burn them. You can burn them from anywhere on your computer. The right pane in Roxio shows your computers directory tree. Navigate to the directory that Limewire saves in and drag the files you want to burn onto the left pane by clicking on the file, holding down the left mouse button, drag the file to the left pane and release the mouse button.

If you don't know where Limewire is putting your files go to - tools, options, saving

This will display the location your files are being saved to.
