No Playlist...WHY

I dont have a "To playlist" thing in the shared portion of my library and also when i press launch it doesn't play. ALSO, one of my downloads just disapeared. It was on the shared list and all of a sudden it was gone.... Help me please!

i've noticed people are reading thi but not replying. help! please! im on OS 9.1 and downloaded Cabrio to see if it will play the files.
