Downloader forgot where it left off I spent all this time downloading (half) a file and started getting problems with Limewire. I quit out of it and restarted but Limewire didn't remember how far along it was in the download process like it usually does, it started downloading again from the beginning. Luckily I made a copy of the incomplete file before I restarted but is there any way to make Limewire start downloading from where I left off before? Do I have to change something in the Download.dat file? If so what? |

Don't ever touch the downloads.dat file. And try keeping away from the incomplete folder as much as possible unless you know what you're doing. Recent versions of LimeWire should always remember where they left off, everything else would be a bug. |
