 The noise or scratches comes from files modified by RIAA to discourage users from downloading NEW and POPULAR mp3 (eminem, brtiney spears and other popular loosers like that). There are much more spoof files on Kazaa than Lw right now. Lw can't do anything against that, only the users can help by deleting those files from their shared folder.  |
