Library

I have 3 folders for file sharing, one being INCOMPLETE. When I look in LIBRARY/INCOMPLETE I see the files I am downloading or that didn't download in BLACK. Then I see others in RED. Some of the RED say: DESKTOP, THUMBS, FOLDER then a lot of "files" that are just a long string of numbers.

Can you tell me what the RED is and why it shows DESKTOP, THUMBS, FOLDER and the other long numbered files?
