![]() After I've downloaded a song, when I try to play it, I get an error message that says it can't play the file because it can't recognize that file type. But the files are all .mp3s!! I already have Kazaa, and I use Itunes as well, and those are all .mp3 files - they play just fine, whether in the Kazaa or Itunes media players, or in my windows media player. I also tried finding the file on my hardrive and directly opening it in Windows Media player, but it told me it was a Napster file and that I would have to find it and buy it to hear it. I don't understand why it won't recognize regular .mp3 files like the ones I play all the time!! I tried changing the directory to different places on my hard drive, but no matter where I save the songs, it still won't play them. (I get the same message when I try to "launch" them for a sample.) Does anyone have any advice!?! I really can't figure this out. |
