![]() hi all, i just got lime wire pro and i am get dl speeds of between 7 to 8kbs i have a dsl connection and never get speeds that low. does anyone else have this problem? if so is there a way of getting the speeds higher cheers steve |

![]() stevie573 Your download speeds are limited by your hosts ability and available bandwidth. It you connect to a host that has a modem or a host dividing his bandwidth between a dozen uploads your download speed will be limited by your host(s) ability. (Don't put a lot of faith in the reported speed - it isn't always accurate) If you are downloading a common file where multiple hosts connect you should see much higher speed. Sometimes while a download is in process you may pick up more hosts by repeating the search. Norm |
