Losing Incomplete files I have no idea of why, but I have several almost finished downloads in my incomplete folder (on a Mac G3, OS 10.3) that seem to gave been lost by the program. And there seems to be no way of "reminding" the program that they are still there. Assuming that it's been caused by the feature that deletes files in that folder after a set time (and that's all that makes sense), I have two comments. First is that the time counter should be reset if the file is added to, and not blindly count from when the download first began. Second is that if it's going to be deleted, then delete the file from the folder, too, not just from your file manager's library. Jay |
