 files are not going to shared folder once downloaded, the files are no longer going to the shared folder, i can not find them - where are they????!!  |

 You need to find them on your PC. Go to Search>Find and search for the name of one of the files you have downloaded to uncover the directory they are in. Run LW and go to tools>options>saveing. Change the saveing directory to the one you want your files to be saved to. If you want to share that files add it to your shared list. Good luck. deepblue

 all files are incomplete now that i figured out where the files are going, another problem arose.... all the recent files i have tried downloading, have all been incomplete - HELP! |

| Are you sure that you found the right folder? There is a folder that LW saves your incomplete files to. If they really are incomplete then you need to download them again or have incomplete files. Good luck. deepblue
