Downloading Frustrations

It seems very unfair to be "Waiting in line, Position1" and then be dropped to Position 19!! Or even worse when you have reached 98% in downloading suddenly you are "Waiting in line, Position 7". Does anyone have a reasonable explanation for these quirks.

You are probably downloading from Shareaza, it does that to increase "fairness".
