slow downloads (again)
 

There was discussion on here a while back about the problem of downloads that slowed to a frustratingly slow speed. I had this problem where it was in the 1-10 kb range, then for a while it was back up to the 60-80 kb range, now it's back to 1-10 kb. I have no idea why it went back up to the 60-80 range.

I tried setting all my preferences to maximize bandwidth, speed, etc. I checked my firewall settings to allow LW to go through. No difference.

Is there anything else I can try?
