![]() I'm a new user. Paid for limewire pro on August 3 and have not yet received download instruction. Also, have written multiple emails to customer service and have yet to receive a response. any suggestions????? |

![]() Go to http://www.limewire.com/english/cont...pro_lookup.jsp & enter your details & you should find the option of dwnlding Pro. There will be an option, but you might need to look hard for it. Get back to this thread if you're still having problems. |

![]() Maybe I have it and just don't know it....assuming I don't since the annoying box pops up everytime i open limewire. I went through the process as you instructed and it says that file already exist. How can I tell if that's the version I'm running? |

If you don't have Pro then go here http://www.limewire.com/english/cont...pro_lookup.jsp enter your email address. If you have paid for pro it will let you download it. Norm |
