very slow download

i bought limewire pro a few days ago but i am realy unsaticfide!
i am connected through cables but my downloading speed is too slow (my max is 10kbps...)
what can i do ?
if there is nothing to do than how can i get my money back?
i wrote 5 e-mail's about it to limewire pro support but no one answer me back.
any help please....

You have a cable... and the opposite? Perhaps he has only a 56k modem and can´t upload faster or many people are downloading from him! You have one time a fast download the other time a slow one that is P2P...

No Limewire offers a free basic version which all people can download and test it, check the terms.
