waiting in line position?????

So I've been downloading this file since Friday (it's a big un).
It is now on 99% but it won't connect, I have been "waiting in line position 1" for a full 24 hours now can anyone help me?

I think that says it all. You might even be waiting for a dial-up user to finish dwnlding it. You could try doing moe searches for the item to see if you can connect to another source whilst you're waiting.
