 Uploads are halting my system Help!! I have 298 people waiting to up load a file 34 connections on my screen with 18 uploading and 10 waiting my system has come to a halt everone is uploading at 1kb how do I limit uploads cause i can't browse the web with this using all the bandwidth. I have ASDL 560K connection help.  |
