Need more sources AAAAARGHHHH

I have been useing LW Pro for months now (happily).

But recently i have been getting the "Connecting, followed by Need More Sources", this happens to all files i try to download, even the ones with loads of peers online.

I have installed Java 1.4, I have put the gnutella ip in my tcp & udp of my firewall but still no joy?

Any Ideas

Care to tell people how you did it? Some might find the info useful, even if you used some solution(s) already mentioned in the forums.
